Service area questions
Which shop should I call?
If you are in McKinney, Allen, Plano, Richardson, or anywhere east of the Dallas North Tollway, call Fairview at (469) 922-9966. If you are in Prosper, Frisco, Celina, Little Elm, or along Highway 380 west of McKinney, call Prosper at (469) 498-1455. If you call the wrong one, no problem. The job goes to whichever technician is closest and available.
Do you come to me, or do I bring the lock to you?
Both. Mobile service covers every city on this page, day or night. If you would rather walk in, the Fairview counter is open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM, and the Prosper counter every day, 8 AM to 10 PM, for keys, fobs, and quick rekeys you can carry in.
Is Meyer’s licensed to work in all of these cities?
Yes. Texas licenses locksmith companies at the state level through the Department of Public Safety, so our license #B18896101 covers every city we serve. You can verify it on the Texas DPS license search.
My city is not on the list. Can you still help?
Probably. The list above is where we run regular routes. If you are just outside it, call and ask. We will tell you honestly whether we can get to you in a reasonable time.
